Includes the Coordinator, Rehearsal, and St. Joachim's Musicians.
A Quinceañera Mass must be reserved 6 months in advance.
A minimum deposit of $50.00(non-refundable) is due to reserve a day. Your event must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. Does NOT include the use of the Hall. -

Weddings must be scheduled 1 year in advance. Must schedule a meeting an confirm date with a priest and fulfill all nessesary paperwork. Sacrament certificates are needed.

Funeral

Funeral Service Fee includes Vigil Rosary, Music, Graveside Service,
and use of the Hall for reception(if desired and upon availability).
Graveside Service ONLY ~Parishioner & Non-Parishioner: $150.00
Vigil Rosary Service ONLY ~Parishioner & Non-Parishioner: $150.00
Funerals are held Monday-Friday based on availability. If you are interested in helping serve,
set up, clean up or hosting a funeral or funeral reception at our Parish please contact the Parish Office at (209)727-3912. -

*Includes tables, chairs, access to kitchen for serving ONLY and access to the bar counter/ice machine.

Includes soda, ice machine and refrigerator. Does NOT include drink cups or alcohol.
KITCHEN USE FOR COOKING ~Parishioner & Non-Parishioner: $250.00
Use of kitchen to cook: includes the kitchen area, the stoves, refrigerators and freezer.
All events must be scheduled 6 months in advance. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due to save your date. All fees must be paid 30 days prior to event.
